Heidi was absolutely incredible to work with! She didn't just list our home, she went above and beyond at every single step, including driving 45+ minutes out of town multiple times just to show us properties in the area we were moving to.
Our situation was also really tricky. When we put an offer in on our new place, it couldn’t be contingent on the sale of our current home. While we qualified to hold onto both, we really didn't want to turn our house into a rental, leaving us with a crazy tight window of just a few weeks to get it sold.
Heidi stepped up and made it happen for us. She is completely hands-on. She advised us on exactly how to prep the house for listing and even brought in some of her own staging items. With a busy family and a hectic schedule, we also really appreciated how sensitive she was when coordinating showing times. It was a bit overwhelming the amount of interest! When it came to the open house, she hosted it herself alongside a great local lender, which was a huge plus, and I don't remember that being common place of a listing agent years ago. Her extra efforts I believe is what sold our house in just 3 days.
Even with zero room for error on our timeline, Heidi handled the entire process seamlessly, from the tough negotiations and lender communication to line item details, inspections, and coordinating with a top tier title company. We were able to be almost totally hands off, which saved our sanity.
